Ibrahim Mustapha has participated and
facilitated in local and international conferences, and has been featured on
over 100 radio/TV programs, including DW TV, CNBC Africa, SABC. In 2017, he facilitated a Leadership
Development Training session for Global Shaper’s Annual Curators Meeting at the
World Economic Forums Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

He has consulted and facilitated
training sessions for many organizations, including The World Economic
Forum(Switzerland), Beijing Axis(China), Olive School of Journalism(Ghana),
Create Change (Ghana), NTV Ghana, Fidelity Bank (Tamale Branch), Agape Moringa

Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology as well as a Higher
National Diploma in Accounting from Tamale Polytechnic.

She is the
founder and CEO of Jamilullah Farms, a poultry farm base in Ghana. Ruka is also
a youth activist who is enthused by empowering the vulnerable economically to
liberate them from the cycle of poverty. She is currently developing a project
targeted at equipping rural women with poultry management skills to enable them
start small guinea fowl farms that would serve as sources of income to improve
their lives and that of their families
